Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA150PD13 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Based on datasheet with version of 20141113 which was released out on 11 13 2014, AA150PD13 supports display 1400(RGB)×1050 (SXGA+) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.5(W)×228.375(H) mm, outline size of 326(W)×255(H)×11(D) mm, viewing area size of 308.1(W)×232.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 900g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA150PD13 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 5 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA150PD13 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.).
